Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free Shipping
Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 12 miles of our shop for orders over $50.
Delivery timelines vary based on schedule and weather.

Order Pick-Up
If you choose local pickup, orders must be picked up within 7 days.
Pickup is available during normal shop hours.

Preorders & Special Orders
Items marked preorder or special order will ship once they arrive in-store.
Estimated dates are provided by the vendor and may change.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, Oh Meredith is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Please contact USPS/UPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damages
Inspect your order immediately. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
